Heart It Forward Pty Ltd was founded by Rodelyn Daguplo, a passionate advocate for inclusion and community support. With over 20 years of experience as a disability and aged care support worker, a former primary school teacher in the Philippines, and a Kinder teacher in Australia, Rodelyn’s journey has always been driven by purpose. Her experience managing a supported employment café and working as a barista ignited a deep passion for creating meaningful opportunities for NDIS participants. Hearing the quiet hopes of individuals who wanted to continue working in a supported café setting, Rodelyn followed her heart — and in March 2025, Heart It Forward was born.
