Bass & Flinders Distillery Distillery
Nestled on the Mornington Peninsula, Bass & Flinders Distillery was founded in 2009 and remains proudly family-owned and independent. One of Australia’s few true grape-to-glass producers, every spirit begins with premium Victorian wine grapes - not grain nor neutral ethanol - a rare approach in Australia, making every bottle of gin, brandy and liqueur truly distinctive. At their Distillery Door, guests can enjoy a range of spirited experiences, from Australia’s original Gin Masterclass (since 2014) or Bottomless Brunch, through to a Gin High Tea or Cocktail Masterclasses – there’s something for everyone. Choose from a series of grazing plates and seasonal cocktails best savoured on their rooftop terrace. Family friendly and dog friendly.
JimmyRum Distillery, Bar & Restaurant Distillery
We are Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. We are on a mission to show you what rum and cane spirits can be with our distinctive and delicious spirits. We think rum has been misunderstood for far too long & we want to share with you the diversity and quality of rum. JimmyRum is a craft distillery, cocktail bar & restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula, perfect for lunch, dinner, cocktails or a night out. Enjoy live music, local beer/wine, award-winning rum, and a shared plate menu in a vibrant, welcoming venue. Ideal for casual dining, romantic dinners, group bookings or functions with a twist—JimmyRum is where flavour, atmosphere and good times meet.
