Heart It Forward Pty Ltd was founded by Rodelyn Daguplo, a passionate advocate for inclusion and community support. With over 20 years of experience as a disability and aged care support worker, a former primary school teacher in the Philippines, and a Kinder teacher in Australia, Rodelyn’s journey has always been driven by purpose. Her experience managing a supported employment café and working as a barista ignited a deep passion for creating meaningful opportunities for NDIS participants. Hearing the quiet hopes of individuals who wanted to continue working in a supported café setting, Rodelyn followed her heart — and in March 2025, Heart It Forward was born. Important changes as of 18 September 2024 We are excited to announce that our Heronswood café will be open for business from Thursday, 19 September 2024. It's new location is based in our historic Heronswood house located in the garden.

We are a small family-run café in Mount Martha village with a wonderful team. We do our best to promote local businesses and use local coffee, produce and suppliers.
